However, we would like to inform you that your eLife internet service will continue working as usual, and you will get a special discount on the internet service fees for the next 12 months starting from the 1st of February, 2018 as per the following:

What should I do to get eLife internet promotion on my current subscription?
The promotion will be applied automatically on your subscription. You just need to make sure that you pay any outstanding due amounts before the 26th of January 2018.
I am subscribed to other IPTV packages (OSN, Al Majd..), what will happen to my additional subscriptions and related fees?
All your Add-ons will be automatically deactivated, and there shall be no more related charges applied.
I have eLife TV subscription but I didn't pay my last bill and my service is temporarily suspended. Can I get this special discount?
Yes, for sure. However, you need to pay your last month bill before the 26th of January 2018, and we will make sure to enroll your subscription in the special promotion.
Will I be eligible to keep the promo if I change my internet speed during the new promotion period?
In case you upgraded your internet speed to the next tier, the promotion will be still active as per the prices mentioned above. however, if you downgraded your internet speed then you will lose the promo on your account.
