- The customer must meet certain criteria to be eligible for the service. To know your eligibility, dial *400# for free then select the status.
- The fee is 1 SR per each 5 SR Emergency Credit Transaction.
- For Data Bundle, the fee is 1 SR for each 300MB Emergency Data transaction.
- The amount and the fees will be automatically deducted form next recharge.
- To know your emergency balance, dial *400# for free then select Emergency Balance
