Emergency Credit

The service allows prepaid subscribers to request any of the following and to pay later:

  • Extra credit of SAR 5 and up to SAR 30.
  • 300 MB data bundle valid for 1 week for SAR 10.

The SMS/Call cost to request the service is SAR 1 in addition to the provided credit amount (SAR 5) or the data bundle price (SAR 10) will be deducted upon next recharge.

Terms & Conditions

  1. The service is available for active prepaid subscribers only.
  2. The extra credit can be used for calls, SMS and data, but is not transferable.
  3. Or, you can get 300MB data bundle to continue surfing the internet until you recharge your account.
  4. You can use this service after 6 months from making the first phone call after issuing the line.
  5. Available credit is equal or less than SAR 3.
  6. You must recharge your mobile credit with at least SAR 150 during the past 6 months.
  7. The line should be active, not under grace period 1 or 2 (outgoing barred)
  8. You can get multiple credit advances (SAR 5 for each) up to your credit limit if the outstanding amounts of previous advances and fees are settled.

Prices shall be subject to value added tax.
