Emergency Credit
The service allows prepaid subscribers to request any of the following and to pay later:
- Extra credit of SAR 5 and up to SAR 30.
- 300 MB data bundle valid for 1 week for SAR 10.
The SMS/Call cost to request the service is SAR 1 in addition to the provided credit amount (SAR 5) or the data bundle price (SAR 10) will be deducted upon next recharge.

Terms & Conditions
- The service is available for active prepaid subscribers only.
- The extra credit can be used for calls, SMS and data, but is not transferable.
- Or, you can get 300MB data bundle to continue surfing the internet until you recharge your account.
- You can use this service after 6 months from making the first phone call after issuing the line.
- Available credit is equal or less than SAR 3.
- You must recharge your mobile credit with at least SAR 150 during the past 6 months.
- The line should be active, not under grace period 1 or 2 (outgoing barred)
- You can get multiple credit advances (SAR 5 for each) up to your credit limit if the outstanding amounts of previous advances and fees are settled.
Prices shall be subject to value added tax.
