What is Rahati Service?

Rahati service gives you a better control over your incoming calls. With "Rahati" you can choose up to 10 numbers form whoever is bothering you and put them in the "Blacklist"

Features

• Set the service Screening Mode to one of the following options:
  1. Accept All Mode: All calls will be received normally.
  2. Reject Al Mode: All calls will be rejected (regardless of the black or white list).
  3. Blacklist Mode: Blacklisted callers are the only ones to be blocked.
  4. White-list Mode: White-listed callers are the only ones to be allowed
• You can set a general blocking tone for all blocked callers or a special blocking tone per blocked caller.
• Ability to set a predefined schedule to use the service
• Ability to set whether to receive blocked calls notification through SMS for the blocked calls or no>
• Set the desired blocking tone to be delivered to the blocked callers from the following options:
  1. Busy tone: The caller will hear the normal busy tone as if you are busy.
  2. Ringing tone: The caller will hear the normal ringing tone as if you are not answering.
  3. Switched-Off tone: The caller will hear the normal tone of switched off or out of reach, as if your mobile is closed or you are out of coverage area.
  4. Wrong number tone: The caller will hear a message stating that this is not a working number, as if he had called a wrong number.
  5. Special blocking message tone: The caller will hear a message stating that you had blocked him and he cannot call you upon your request.
